# 8. I ran into Google third-party login error, what should I do?

If you repeatedly close the window when selecting a Google account to log in, the following error message may appear, which may temporarily lock your Google account:

**"One Tap fail: 16: Cannot find a matching credential.""**

**"One Tap fail: 8: Unknown internal error."**

Please go to "**Settings**" > "**Accounts and backup**" on your phone, find your Google account, and if you see a message indicating that the **account synchronization failed** (usually occurs when you switch accounts or add a new account), click on the top right corner and choose "**Sync Now**", and wait until the synchronization failure message disappears.
