If you repeatedly close the window when selecting a Google account to log in, the following error message may appear, which may temporarily lock your Google account:

"One Tap fail: 16: Cannot find a matching credential.""

"One Tap fail: 8: Unknown internal error."

Please go to "Settings" > "Accounts and backup" on your phone, find your Google account, and if you see a message indicating that the account synchronization failed (usually occurs when you switch accounts or add a new account), click on the top right corner and choose "Sync Now", and wait until the synchronization failure message disappears.

(The above settings may vary depending on the Android phone model and operating system version.)

After completing the steps above, log in to the game again. If you still encounter any issues, please contact customer support.
