# 7. 遇到下載/更新問題，網路連線不穩定怎麼辦？

請先確定網路是否正常連線，並切換WiFi和行動數據。即使是滿格的WiFi，也不能代表網路連接完全穩定，尤其是在移動的車輛或地鐵上運行遊戲的時候。

如果網路連線正常，還是無法下載或更新遊戲，請先**刪除**遊戲後，重新至Apple Store或Google Play 商店**重新下載**遊戲。
