# 8. Google第三方登入錯誤

在選擇Google帳號登入時，多次關閉視窗，有可能會出現以下錯誤訊息，導致Google帳號暫時被鎖定：

**。嘗試登入時發生了問題，請向技術人員提供下列資訊：One Tap fail: 16: Cannot find a matching credential.**

**。嘗試登入時發生了問題，請向技術人員提供下列資訊：One Tap fail: 8: Unknown internal error.**

請至**手機>設定裡>帳號與備份**，找到Google帳戶，如果查看到**帳戶同步失敗**(通常在剛切帳戶，或是新增帳戶的時候發生)，此時點選右上角，並選擇**立即同步處理**，等待直到同步失敗訊息消失。

(以上設定方法會依據Android手機型號、系統版本不同，而有些差異)

完成之後，再次登入遊戲，如還有任何問題，請聯繫客服。
