3. I did not receive Crystal upon reloading, what should I do?

If you didn't receive the recharged Crystal, please note down your current Crystal count and try restarting the game or clicking "Home".

If you haven't received the Crystal after restarting the game or clicking "Home", kindly wait for 24 hours.

If you still haven't received it, please take a screenshot and provide your order information to contact customer service for assistance.

For Google, please provide the transaction ID (GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), which can be found by following these methods:

  1. After a successful purchase, Google will send an order receipt.

  2. Go to this website: http://pay.google.com/ and locate your order.

For Apple, please provide a screenshot of the invoice notification
